Psychedelic Therapy IN NEW YORK CITY
The experience opened something. This is where you make sense of it.
Psychedelic integration support in NYC for people processing expanded states of consciousness.
PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION
The real work begins after the insight.
You had a psychedelic experience. Maybe it brought clarity. Maybe confusion. Maybe grief, awe, or the feeling of being dropped back into your everyday life as a completely different person than the one who left.
That experience cracked something open. Integration is how you make sense of what came through and ground it into something that actually lasts.
This isn't just reflecting on what happened. It's the process of translating those insights into how you relate to yourself, to others, to your body, to your past, and to the world around you. That might look like setting boundaries you never could before, grieving wounds you didn't know you were carrying, reconnecting with a sense of purpose, or simply finding words for something that felt beyond language.
Curiosity, care, and context.
I offer integration support from a harm-reduction, culturally attuned, and non-pathologizing lens.
Whether your experience was spiritual, recreational, ceremonial, therapeutic, or hard to define, we approach it without judgment and without needing you to have it all figured out before you walk in.
Your cultural and spiritual context matters here. If your experience connects to ancestral traditions, ceremonial practices, or cultural lineage, that's not something we skip over.
It's something we hold with the respect it deserves.
This isn't about fixing yourself.
It's about deepening your relationship with who you are and honoring what your experience opened up.
What we actually do in session
Integration sessions are part of my broader therapeutic approach. We're not just debriefing the experience. We're connecting it to your larger story.
-

Processing what came up
emotions, imagery, body sensations, memories that surfaced during the experience.
-

Connecting patterns
how what emerged relates to your attachment history, your identity, your cultural context, and the things you've been carrying.
-

Finding language
some of what happened may feel beyond words. We work on giving it shape so you can hold it.
-

Grounding forward
turning insight into something you can actually live from, not just something that happened once.
My own experience with expanded states of consciousness informs this work.
I'm not approaching it from a textbook. I'm approaching it with personal understanding and clinical care.
The experience may be over.
What it opened up doesn't have to be something you carry alone.
You don't need to have the right words for what happened or know exactly what it means yet. This is a space to slow it down, make sense of what surfaced, and figure out how to carry the insight forward in a way that feels grounded in your actual life.
Psychedelic substances (other than Ketamine) remain illegal under federal law and in New York. I do not provide psychedelic-assisted therapy, nor do I facilitate the use, purchase, or distribution of any illegal substances. My services are limited to psychotherapy and harm-reduction focused integration support for clients who have chosen, on their own, to engage with these experiences.
