CLINICAL SUPERVISION IN NEW YORK

You deserve supervision that actually sees you.

Clinical supervision in NYC for emerging therapists and social workers who want real support, not just a checkbox.

you’re doing deeply demanding work

Supervision is supposed to be the space where you bring the hard cases, the self-doubt, the countertransference, the moments where you're not sure you handled it right. But too often it's an afterthought. A rubber stamp. Something your supervisor barely has time for because they're drowning too.

And if you're a clinician of color, or your clients are navigating culture, race, identity, or systemic oppression, you may have hit the additional wall of supervision that doesn't hold those layers. Where your questions about cultural dynamics get flattened into generic frameworks that don't apply to the people sitting in front of you.

You deserve better than that.

You shouldn't have to do it alone

About me as a supervisor

I'm a licensed clinical social worker in New York City. I'm biracial, the daughter of immigrants, and I know what it feels like to exist between worlds. That lived experience is at the center of how I practice.

I work with high-achieving professionals and creatives who identify as Latine, BIPOC, multicultural, or first and second-generation.

People who are tired of translating themselves and ready to be understood without having to explain from the beginning.

My work is relational, warm, and honest.
We go deep.

And we don't skip the cultural stuff, because that's not extra.
It's essential.

What we get into

I support you, wherever you are in your clinical journey

  • The emotional weight of your caseload

because carrying other people's pain without a space to process it isn't sustainable.

  • Clinical stuck points, ruptures, and repair

the moments you're replaying in your head wondering if you got it right.

  • Identity dynamics in the therapy room

how your own cultural identity, lived experience, and history show up in the work with your clients.

  • Countertransference and parallel process

what's yours, what's theirs, and how to tell the difference.

  • Burnout, boundaries, and sustainability

building a practice that doesn't require you to disappear in order to function.

  • The business side nobody taught you

because grad school didn't prepare you for insurance, private practice logistics, or marketing yourself.
