Psychedelic Integration

In the psychedelic community, we often say, “the work begins after the insight.”

That’s because real change doesn’t happen in the peak moment—it happens in what comes after. In the conversations you have with yourself. In the choices you make differently. In the way you return to your life.

You’ve had a psychedelic experience—now what? Whether it brought clarity, confusion, grief, awe - or left you feeling like an alien dropped back into your everyday life – this is the space to unpack it all. integration is about making meaning of what emerged and grounding it into long lasting changes.

Integration isn’t just reflecting on what happened. It’s the process of translating insights into how you relate—to yourself, to others, to your body, to your past, and to the world around you. That might look like setting boundaries, grieving old wounds, reconnecting with purpose, or simply finding words for what felt beyond language.

I offer integration support from a harm reduction, culturally attuned, and non-pathologizing lens. Whether your experience was spiritual, recreational, ceremonial, therapeutic, or hard to define, we’ll approach it with curiosity, care, and context—no need to have it all figured out.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about deepening your relationship with who you are and honoring the wisdom your experience may have opened.

NOTE: Psychedelic substances (other than Ketamine) remain illegal under federal law and New York. I do not provide psychedelic-assisted therapy, nor do I facilitate the use, purchase, or distribution of any illegal substances. My services are limited to psychotherapy and harm-reduction–focused integration support for clients who have chosen, on their own, to engage with these experiences.

Knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within.
